Dear Friend and Supporter,
It is with great joy that we invite you to participate in the 21st annual Cookies & Castles: A Gingerbread Extravaganza. Benefiting the Hematology-Oncology Department at Cook Children’s Medical Center and the Jean Wiggin Roach Scholarship Fund for outstanding TCU Tri Delta women, this philanthropic cause is the hallmark event of Fort Worth Delta Delta Delta Alumnae Charities. We are thrilled to once again be hosting our beloved gingerbread decorating parties on Thursday, December 2 and Friday, December 3 in Walker Hall at University Christian Church.
We are so incredibly grateful for our Patrons’ support, and 2020 reminded us of the amazing power of our Patron community. Not only did we raise $95,000 for Cook Children’s and $9,500 for the scholarship fund, but we also reached a milestone of raising over $1M in donations for Cook Children’s since the inception of our event 20 years ago. This year, in addition to our Patron Sponsorships, we are offering a number of corporate sponsorship packages with exciting brand visibility opportunities. We invite you to share these opportunities with your family, friends, and colleagues who may wish to participate in this popular and well-attended community event.
Ronda Hill, Honorary Chair, who exemplifies and embodies the Tri Delta spirit of giving and fellowship, says, “The smell of gingerbread, sticky fingers, squeals of delight, laughing children, and the sounds of Christmas carols, which we missed so much last year, are back! Yes, Cookies & Castles is roaring back in 2021! Cookies & Castles is the event that binds us and generations of our children together, for the benefit of the sweet children at Cook Children’s who so need our support, and for scholarships to outstanding TCU Tri Deltas. It is my humble privilege to serve as Honorary Chair this year. I hope you will join me in attending and sponsoring Cookies & Castles, the perfect way to begin the holiday season.”
Together with Ronda, please join us in making spirits bright for pediatric patients and aspiring collegians by supporting this worthy cause.
